The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class broker experience through accurate operational execution, insightful reporting, and continuous process improvement in a highly data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Process broker and commission-related payments with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
Review broker agreements and third-party data to support broker vetting, contracting, onboarding, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support ongoing broker relationships
Generate business and financial reports related to broker commissions and channel performance
Perform ad hoc analysis of large datasets to resolve broker issues and support management requests
Analyze key performance indicators and operational metrics to support leadership decision-making
Contribute to reporting, systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives supporting channel growth
Support integration activities and updates to standard operating procedures, onboarding guides, and lifecycle documentation
Investigate and resolve operational or customer issues and perform root cause analysis to identify broader impacts
Execute operational tasks with efficiency, effectiveness, and attention to compliance standards

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume transaction processing, billing, back-office operations, or operations analysis and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to build and interpret financial and operational analysis models
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines
Willingness to travel less than 5% as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, or Economics
Experience in the energy industry preferred, including familiarity with deregulated energy markets
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI
Experience working with CRM or commission platforms such as SAP, Siebel, Hawkeye, or Sales Commissions Manager preferred
Knowledge of process control techniques, operational policies, and procedures
