The Accounting Intern will gain experience supporting the accounting team with financial operations, month-end tasks, and special projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and recording journal entries
Support month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis
Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and workpapers
Support external audit requests as needed
Complete ad hoc projects for the accounting team as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited University or College
Academic standing as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior
Process toward bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business management/administration required
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency (emphasizing Excel)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and motivated
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of talented individuals
