Integrated Marketing Manager

GOOD GOOD is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to own their social strategy and community presence across platforms. The role involves content creation, community building, and agency management to enhance the brand's visibility and engagement in Austin.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Create, capture, and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Own content creation across product launches, campaigns, influencer moments, events, founder/leadership content, and evergreen brand storytelling
Capture high-quality iPhone-first video and stills, including behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, food, and in-motion moments
Ensure all content aligns with GOOD GOOD’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards
Edit content for both organic and paid social, with a strong understanding of what performs
Create, own, and evolve the social strategy across platforms
Define content pillars, platform goals, and success metrics
Own the social content calendar, scheduling and publishing across all platforms
Publish posts, stories, Reels, TikToks, and lead periodic TikTok Lives
Manage IG Highlights, broadcast channels, giveaways, collaborations, and community moments
Track performance and surface insights on what’s resonating and the why or why not
Act as a frontline brand ambassador for GOOD GOOD
Be active daily in DMs, comments, and tagged content, building genuine relationships with our community
Engage in an on-brand, thoughtful, and timely manner
Identify brand advocates, creators, and superfans through social interactions
Flag FAQs and feedback to the broader team
Stay deeply tapped into emerging trends, formats, sounds, creators, and platform updates
Proactively pitch new content series, reactive moments, and creative concepts
Identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and cultural relevance
Support organic creator amplification and reposting strategies
Help identify and vet creators for paid and organic partnerships
Support influencer seeding, content tracking, and reposting
Assist with campaign-based influencer guidelines and toolkits
Partner to support creator and influencer invite lists for events and activations
Bring GOOD GOOD to life locally through Austin-based activations, pop-ups, tastings, events, and partnerships
Build relationships with local creators, cafés, studios, and community groups
Turn every activation into content — and every piece of content into a story
Be a visible, on-the-ground representative of the brand in Austin
Support quarterly reports, campaign recaps, and influencer summaries
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, growth, and content performance
Monitor competitor benchmarks and industry trends to inform strategy
Proactively pitch platform-native content ideas featuring GOOD GOOD leadership
Capture behind-the-scenes moments including tastings, meetings, travel, product development, and brand moments
Provide light direction during capture to ensure content feels natural and on-brand
Edit and publish founder/leadership content while maintaining a cohesive GOOD GOOD voice
Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales teams
Align content with campaigns, launches, and retail moments
Maintain clear communication to ensure timelines and priorities stay on track
Serve as a secondary point of support in Gorgias, responding to marketing-related customer inquiries such as promotions, product questions, availability, ingredients, digital orders, and campaign-related issues
Partner with the customer service or operations team to escalate order, shipping, or fulfillment issues as needed
Monitor customer feedback and recurring questions to surface insights back to the internal team (e.g., PDP confusion, promo clarity, messaging gaps)
Help ensure a consistent, on-brand voice across customer facing communications tied to marketing initiatives and product launches

Required

2–4+ years experience managing social media for a brand (CPG, food, lifestyle, or wellness preferred)
Proven ability to own social strategy and execute day-to-day content
Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, especially short-form video
Comfortable capturing content in real time at events, meetings, and activations
Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and pacing
Experience working with agencies and external partners
Highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating ideas
Passionate about food, culture, community, and modern brands
Based in Austin, TX
