Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting paths
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Document production processes and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
Preferred
Technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing
Previous experience operating laser cutting machines
