Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Create detailed ETL Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents
Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and data dictionaries
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
6-8 years of experience in business systems analysis
Proficiency in creating STMs for ETL and Salesforce DB skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
