InternBig Sky Resort is offering a Hospitality Management Internship Program designed for students seeking a hands-on, Manager-in-Training experience. Interns will participate in daily hotel operations, gain exposure to various departments, and develop leadership skills necessary for a career in hotel management.

Responsibilities
Participate in day-to-day operations across assigned hotel departments
Spend 3.5 weeks as a Front Desk Associate at one of Big Sky Resort’s premier hotels:
Complete 6 weeks of rotational experience in one or two specialized departments of your choice (3 weeks per department), such as:
Shadow an Assistant General Manager or hotel leader for 3.5 weeks, gaining firsthand exposure to leadership decision-making and hotel management responsibilities
Complete a capstone project that reflects your learning, insights, and professional growth throughout the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Tourism, or a related field
Strong interest in building a long-term career in hotel or resort management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Ability to commit to the full duration and requirements of the internship program
