Responsibilities
Lead membership sales efforts and meet growth goals
Build relationships with prospective and current members to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with the Chamber team on events, programs, and sponsorship opportunities
Support the Chamber’s Emerging Enterprise Center’s initiatives and clients
Represent the Chamber at business events, resource groups, and community functions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful experience in sales, business development, or membership growth
A self-starter who's goal-driven, people-oriented, and passionate about supporting local business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; CRM experience preferred
Knowledge of Delaware's business community or experience working with small businesses/startups is a plus
