Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, accurate support across the full employee lifecycle
Partner with HR and business teams globally to create seamless employee experiences
Guide employees on HR self-service tools
Build trusted manager relationships and offer practical people solutions
Use data insights to identify trends and improve processes
Manage sensitive ER cases with fairness and compliance
Support ongoing enhancements to ServiceNow and Workday
Communicate clearly across regions and time zones
Maintain accurate lifecycle data and documentation
Identify and address recurring data or process issues

Required

4+ years true, Employee Relations background/exp
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of HR advisory or business partner experience in large, matrixed organizations
Strong employee relations experience (performance, absence, grievance, conduct)
Solid knowledge of U.S. employment law; familiarity with Americas employment practices
Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, or similar HR systems
Strong collaborator with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment
Data driven, detail oriented, and confident interpreting HR data
Excellent communicator with cross-regional and cultural awareness
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in fast paced, tech driven environments
Experience managing complex, accuracy-critical employee lifecycle processes
