Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy sophisticated UiPath workflows using industry best practices and the REFramework
Automate complex processes across web, desktop, and internal/external systems, including API integrations, Excel, PDFs, and data-entry tasks
Implement robust exception handling, logging, and queue-based automation solutions to ensure reliability and maintainability
Develop reusable, modular components to facilitate scalability and ease future enhancements
Engage in process discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and validate feasibility
Translate business requirements and process maps into comprehensive technical designs and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Collaborate onsite with business users and IT teams to validate logic, test flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless solutions
Provide ongoing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot defects, and refine workflows for optimal performance
Monitor automation performance via UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement performance improvements
Manage version control and deployment pipelines utilizing Git or Azure DevOps to streamline release cycles
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience, working as a contractor or consultant
Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, Assets, and Triggers
Strong experience automating processes involving SAP, APIs, SQL queries, and OCR/Document Understanding technologies
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a customer-facing environment
Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
Willingness to work full-time onsite, collaborating directly with business and IT teams
Preferred
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) or higher
Experience with Power Automate, AWS automation services, or Python scripting
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, code reviews, and automation governance
Prior experience supporting enterprise automation environments
