Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems
Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment
Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime
Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence

Required

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC – controlled equipment
Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance
Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability
Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field
