Responsibilities
Collaborate with production leads and creative directors to develop production strategies for both in-studio and on-location environments, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Capture high-end visual assets through hands-on filming, including assembling production sets, lighting subjects according to brand guidelines, and recording high-quality audio in varied locations
Ingest, organize, and manage a wide range of digital assets while editing and refining video content to meet specific project requirements
Utilize Adobe After Effects to transform storyboards into high-quality animated visuals, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards
Execute occasional travel to on-site locations for filming customer visits, major events, and executive interviews, managing the end-to-end technical requirements in the field
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in film production, communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a videographer/editor within an agency or technology setting
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
Intermediate to strong understanding of Motion Graphics in Adobe After Effects to translate storyboards into animated content
A self-motivated, positive attitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a low-ego, high-impact team environment
Preferred
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in interviews, event coverage, b-roll, still photography, and high-end edited content
Deep proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting design, audio engineering, and advanced post-production workflows
Skilled in multiple editing platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut
