Responsibilities
Provide real-time support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions
Monitor system health proactively, identify potential problems, and implement preventative measures
Evaluate and optimize financial system processes and workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations in collaboration with IT and other departments
Develop and execute test plans to ensure functionality and quality assurance
Manage change processes, including creating and delivering training materials to support adoption of new features and best practices
Gather requirements and analyze business processes related to financial systems
Conduct data analysis to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement
Develop solutions aligned with long-term financial strategies and company objectives
Serve as a subject matter expert and system champion, promoting adoption and maximizing technology investments
Work closely with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
Support financial reporting and analysis requirements as needed
Maintain system security by managing access controls
Define, implement, and enforce data governance policies for financial systems
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist with annual audits and documentation
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in a similar role with subject matter expertise
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and data management
Experience in IT program management
Proficiency with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Dynamics 365 Sales; familiarity with Ramp, ADP Workforce Now, DocuSign CLM is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and ability to manage multiple assignments independently
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to quickly comprehend and break down complex business concepts
Professional presentation skills
