Responsibilities
Experience in leading automation testing initiatives
SAFE Agile certification, showcasing their understanding of Agile principles and practices
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and Katalon Studio, along with practical implementation experience
A thorough understanding of testing processes, with a focus on continuous evaluation of automation tools and methodologies
Demonstrated expertise in building customized automation frameworks based on application requirements, as well as setting up and configuring automation tools
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and VBScript
Experience with non-functional test automation tools and software, including accessibility testing and metrics/reporting testing
Knowledge and experience in CI/CD and Jenkins configuration, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
Ability to work effectively as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) within Scrum teams, performing contract testing, back-end/API/microservices testing
Experience in automating various business processes and life cycle services, such as test data procurement, reporting, and defect tracking
Relevant Salesforce & Test Automation Certification provides competitive edge
Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Design and establish a robust automation framework tailored to the application's requirements, incorporating both API and UI automation
Create, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts, integrating them into the designated automation framework for identified test cases
Execute automated test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage and timely completion
Develop and maintain build verification tests within a test harness, as well as manage nightly regression suites for continuous improvement
Integrate the automation regression suite into CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins workflows, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness
Execute the automation test suite across various environments, including Testing and Staging, to guarantee seamless performance
Generate test execution reports, analyze results, and triage issues for prompt resolution and ongoing improvement
