Sales Development Representative | WFH

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the voice of the company, connecting with prospects and building relationships. The role involves conducting cold calls, presenting service offerings, and maintaining client interactions to generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
Present and explain our service offerings in a clear and persuasive manner
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
Respond to customer emails
Order status & tracking queries
Refunds, returns, exchanges
Updating customer details
Tagging & categorising enquiries
Flagging urgent issues to our warehouse team
Weekly summary of common customer issues
Order edits (address changes, cancellations)
Processing refunds in Shopify/Store Credits
Updating notes on customer orders
Liaising with our Warehouse or courier support (email-based)
Downloading and compiling order reports
Responding to DMs (Instagram / TikTok) using approved scripts
Hiding spam comments
Flagging sensitive or PR-risk comments
Saving aesthetic UGC content links into a shared folder or doc
Once they are comfortable with the brand
Uploading products in Shopify (from provided info)
Updating product descriptions (drafts only)
Updating size guides / FAQs
Creating internal SOPs as they learn tasks

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in sales, specifically cold calling (B2B experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in speaking to business owners and decision-makers
E-commerce and social media selling

Preferred

Prior experience in IT, technology, or marketing sectors is a plus
Shopify and Back-end admin for the website
Children's Apparel
