Responsibilities
Manage multiple small/medium accounts or one large national account while building strong relationships with key client personnel
Serve as the reliable, go‑to point of contact for clients to foster trust and ensure high customer satisfaction
Conduct regular business reviews to identify new sales opportunities and encourage revenue growth by introducing additional services
Ensure client needs are being met across all internal departments, providing a best‑in‑class service experience
Investigate and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively
Provide ongoing updates to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives
Hold monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss key account performance and opportunities
Coordinate cross‑departmental projects to ensure resources are used efficiently and customer satisfaction remains high
Supervise and provide guidance to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
Monitor incoming orders to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment
Maintain open communication channels that support collaboration across multiple departments
Contribute strategic insights that strengthen customer support programs
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of account management experience required
Proven ability to utilize the DASH platform
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for client success
Preferred
1+ years in a management role strongly preferred
