Responsibilities
Assists the Facilities Maintenance Manager with the inspection and maintenance of the HVAC systems
Conduct maintenance on the interior and exterior lighting and electrical circuits as necessary
Maintain the plumbing of the facilities to include the toilets, sinks, pumps and water utilities, including the transfer of pumps
Assist with carpentry duties to include building a variety of items necessary to ensure a functioning Facilities Department
Assist with special events including the Barn Sale and Warehouse Sale including set up and breakdown, as well as assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth event
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Three to five years of experience required in a similar position
Driver's License
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Vocational or Technical training preferred (HVAC, Construction, Plumbing)
Three to five years of intermediate electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
