Responsibilities
Develop new analytical methods, improve existing analytical methods, and introduce innovative analytical methods for tea, coffee, botanicals, and fruit-based products
Perform specialized and routine analyses according to procedures
Capture data according to requirements, analyze the data, create reports and communicate these accordingly
Engage in multidisciplinary teams, across our Group and in various functions to share learnings and provide technical insight into projects
Conduct basic research to improve existing analytical methods
Maintain laboratory equipment, according to GLP, conducting calibrations and verification routines
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Chemistry, Food Chemistry or related field
Previous experience in analytical chemistry including HPLC, LC/MS, and GC/MS is REQUIRED
3~5 years of food industry experience
3~5 years laboratory experience and GLP
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in scientific report writing
