The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, burners, and related equipment for commercial and industrial clients across the Northeast.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on commercial and industrial boilers, burners, and auxiliary equipment
Conduct internal and external inspections of boilers and boiler room systems
Execute combustion tuning for efficiency optimization and air permitting compliance
Troubleshoot and repair burner control systems, replace components, and perform commissioning/start-up
Install and commission new boilers, burners, and ancillary systems, ensuring proper calibration and operation
Conduct boil-out procedures and provide customer training on boiler operation and maintenance
Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service; overtime and weekend work may be required
Comply with all company safety standards including confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and OSHA protocols
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, or installing commercial or industrial boiler and burner systems
Strong understanding of boiler controls, combustion systems, and instrumentation
Proficiency with wiring diagrams, schematics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally as required
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in industrial environments
Preferred
Completion of OSHA 10 or 30-hour training preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, customer-first mentality, and willingness to learn
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a stable, respected organization
