They are seeking a Temporary Full Time Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team with various administrative tasks and employee benefits inquiries.

Responsibilities

Assist the HR Team with Integrations and Mergers
Provide assistance and support to employees regarding their benefits (medical, dental, FMLA, Leave Administration)
Generate reports through our One-HCM HRIS system
Assists with all other HR related duties as assigned
File workers compensation claims
Update all enrollments, changes, and terminations on insurance carrier websites
Prepare all documents for leaves of absence - (FMLA, PFL, WC, etc.)
Ad Hoc projects to support the HR department as needed
Process invoices and manage HRIS entries
