The role focuses on managing work, driving urgency, and facilitating the successful completion of deliverables while supporting team members through effective leadership.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of our current scope of work, ensuring accountability and timely execution

Lead and coordinate across team members to drive completion and remove bottlenecks

Facilitate and support Kanban practices; knowledge of Scrum is also essential for SDLC process improvement

Help the team navigate and complete SDLC paperwork, proactively addressing ‘gotchas’ and workflow hurdles

Act not just as a doer, but as an enabler—helping the team avoid common pitfalls and stay on track

Qualification

Required

Strong background with financial services or deep understanding of workflows, processes, and common challenges

Thorough knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices

Proven Kanban or Scrum Lead experience (preferably in a Kanban environment)
