Responsibilities
Respond to tenant service request and complete work orders in a timely and professional matter
Change ballast, light bulbs and light tubes as needed
Assist Chief Engineer with inspection of all common area lighting, sprinkler systems, fire prevention systems and fire extinguishers regularly
Be familiar with the operation and maintenance requirements of all equipment
Make recommendations to the Chief Engineer and Property Manager for needed repairs and improvements to the property
Assist Chief Engineer and Property Manager with special projects as needed
Ability to exercise good judgement and professional demeanor interacting with building management, tenants, and vendors
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of related experience in office building operations
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Basic computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel
Projects a professional image by meeting all dress code standards
Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor interacting with building management, tenants and vendors
Team player attitude
