Responsibilities
Support day-to-day system operations including incident, change, system, and project management activities
Troubleshoot websites, applications, infrastructure, and user access issues
Document incidents, coordinate resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary
Validate service restoration and perform post-change verification
Assist with server, transmission, and firewall-related troubleshooting
Perform application troubleshooting and recommend improvements or enhancements
Configure and fine-tune software across multiple environments
Monitor applications and infrastructure and coordinate alert management with enterprise teams
Support system upgrades, new installations, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity initiatives
Participate in process definition, technical documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of programming and systems analysis concepts
Experience with Unix/Linux environments, SQL, Python, and REST APIs
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot across application and infrastructure layers
Solid understanding of standard technical principles, theories, and best practices
Experience monitoring system performance and maintaining high availability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in programming, systems analysis, or closely related roles
A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
