Responsibilities

Maintain continuous updating and accuracy of CRM data from both internal and external sources
Serve as the primary CRM support resource for all departments, responding to questions and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with the Senior Director of Business Intelligence for complex or system-level concerns
Train new users and provide refresher training for existing staff across multiple departments
Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, quick-reference guides, and training materials
Track staff completion of CRM training certifications
Train industry partners on the CRM extranet to ensure effective utilization and data accuracy
Proactively identify common user pain points and develop practical solutions
Ensure data integrity when importing/exporting data between systems (no technical development involved)
Support smooth transitions during vendor-managed system updates by coordinating user communication and testing
Coordinate meetings and track project timelines as needed
Maintain project calendars and documentation for Business Intelligence initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence
Additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental and organizational priorities

Required

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of hands-on CRM/database experience in an operational or support capacity
Demonstrated experience maintaining data accuracy and completeness
Proven ability to train and support non-technical users
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service orientation and patience with users at varying skill levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable with repetitive data maintenance tasks and providing ongoing support

Preferred

Tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing experience (helpful but not required)
Experience creating training documentation and user guides
Familiarity with data import/export processes
