This role involves supporting the sales process for used trucks and fleet equipment, building relationships with buyers, and gaining operational exposure to fleet lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
Support the sales process that drives the resale of used trucks and commercial fleet equipment
Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, wholesalers, and end-user buyers
Track pricing strategies, inventory movement, and market trends
Participate in customer meetings, ride-alongs, and sales activities
Assist in marketing outreach and promotional efforts for remarketed assets
Gain operational exposure to fleet lifecycle management
Work closely with leaders who are committed to your professional development
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute value early and often
Qualification
Required
Are a recent bachelor's degree graduate (all majors welcome!)
Have interest in sales, business operations, account management, or leadership
Are curious, confident, and eager to learn
Enjoy building relationships and solving problems
Are ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by growth opportunities
Are open to relocating to Reading, PA (relocation assistance may be available depending on the opportunity)
