Responsibilities
Analyze financial statement information to identify book vs. tax adjustments
Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers
Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Company’s federal income tax return
Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns
Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics
Assist with income tax audits
Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48)
Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives
Research tax issues and draft memorandum
Qualification
Required
4 year degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting
2-4 years National Public Accounting experience (Tax)
CPA or CPA candidate
