ONEflight International is looking for a career-minded individual to join as a Front Desk Admin. The role involves being the first point of contact for the company, managing calls, greeting visitors, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, and projects a professional tone
Route calls to specific people and answer inquiries about the company
Will be responsible for the following reports ( Call Stats Reports, Inbound Call log, Payroll Attendance Report, and After-Hour Calls Report)
Typing reports, notes, and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
Faxing and emailing communication using Microsoft Outlook
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages, Federal Express, UPS, and DHL packages, as well as arranging for pickups
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Maintaining the reception area: Ensuring the area is tidy and presentable, confrence rooms are clean and picked up, and the main lounge is always maintained and presentable
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
Restocking in the AM (coffee) on both floors
Weekly audit of office and kitchen supplies
Assist and help coordinate office activities and events
Perform basic filling and clerical duties
Other duties as assigned
Other tasks: Making appointments, developing schedules, supporting the admin team as needed

Required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, highly organized, have attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
Outgoing, hospitable nature and whatever-it-takes attitude
Poised, professional with outstanding communication skills (strong grammar, composition, spelling, and punctuation skills)
Able to prioritize in fast paced environment, friendly, outgoing, and able to juggle multiple activities
Good time management skills
Effective and efficient telephone, written, and electronic communication skills
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
Must be able to use sound judgment and apply common sense
Most importantly, have great energy and must greet everyone walking by with a smile
