Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Design team during fit sessions to ensure fit consistency across all categories, using established blocks and slopers
Lead weekly live model fit sessions with Design; provide clear, actionable fit feedback and corrections to internal teams and external vendors
Collaborate with the Production team to ensure all delivery timelines and cost targets are met
Update and maintain spec sheets and garment construction details to ensure proper fit and balanced proportions in accordance with company standards
Communicate daily with cross-functional teams via email to address fit, construction, and production-related issues
Track weekly incoming sample packages and ensure fit sessions are scheduled and executed on time
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Technical Design
Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
