Responsibilities
Plan subsidiary capacities for finished goods (FG) to achieve on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery, target inventory levels (SLA), scrap reduction goals, and alignment with manufacturing constraints and resources
Analyze FG demand across firm and forecast horizons, including products in phase-in and phase-out stages; update relevant items, data, and planning parameters in SAP (and other applicable systems)
Identify gaps in the Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, address them proactively, and communicate effectively to stakeholders
Place purchase orders and collaborate with export coordinators and inventory managers to ensure plan adherence
Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and reschedule activities as needed to maintain operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in logistics planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations
Proficiency in SAP and related inventory/planning systems
Strong analytical skills with a focus on OTIF, inventory SLAs, and manufacturing constraints
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
