Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for the region
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the region
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with other departments to optimize resources and streamline operations
Regional Managers are expected to travel two weeks a month, Monday-Thursday
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of branch managers and technicians
Provide guidance and support to branch managers in achieving their targets
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development plans
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the region
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and customer meetings as required
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure the delivery of high-quality HVAC services to meet customer expectations
Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions
Implement and maintain service standards and best practices across branches
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a managerial role within the HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry regulations
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience. Preferred but not required
