Team Management: Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards
Resource Management: Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules
Adherence to Standards: Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities
Qualification
Required
Superintendent with at least 3-7 years of experience managing entire new construction projects from inception to completion
Experience managing projects with an average mechanical contract value of $10M
An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license
Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements
Basic computer and writing skills
Demonstrate and uphold core values including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
Preferred
Multi-family experience
OSHA 30 certification
