Compensation Analyst
Pride Health is hiring a Compensation Analyst for one of its clients based in Massachusetts. The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and analysis of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance, partnering with HR and leadership to conduct job evaluations and market pricing.
Responsibilities
Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking
Perform job evaluations and maintain job architecture
Support pay equity analyses and compensation initiatives
Provide compensation analysis for hiring, promotions, and merit increases
Maintain compensation data in Workday HCM
Assist with annual compensation planning and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
3+ years of compensation analysis (market analysis, managing pay equity, job evaluations) experience
Preferred
Experience with Workday HCM and Payfactors
