3+ years expCyberCoders is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project costs and preparing estimates for construction projects across various sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and retail.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other project documents
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information
Review and update estimates as project designs change or as additional information becomes available
Participate in preconstruction meetings to discuss project scope, constraints, and requirements
Maintain accurate records of estimates and develop a library of cost data for future reference
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial, education, healthcare, or retail sectors
Proficient in estimating software and tools; knowledge of industry-standard practices and regulations
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
