Responsibilities
Analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance, identify trends, and forecast future results
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making for sales and marketing initiatives
Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and sales pipeline performance
Partner with sales and marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend budget allocations
Monitor expenses and variances, ensuring adherence to financial targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for sales and marketing departments
Familiarity with pricing and margin analysis to support decision making, along with customer profitability and segmentation
Assists in managing and analyzing royalty rates, in-licensed and out-licensed product profitability, as well as understanding of costing data
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, and ROI assessments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
2+ years of experience in financial analysis
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights
Communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders offering clear and actionable guidance
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Experience in performing financial analysis within sales and marketing environments
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
