Lead and manage survey crews for various projects
Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data using advanced surveying equipment
Prepare and maintain survey documentation and reports
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met
Train and mentor junior staff on surveying practices and equipment usage
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the field
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Survey Party Chief or similar role in civil surveying
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, including Total Station and GPS
Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
