Administrative Assistant - Fleet Management
Amwaste of Georgia is seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Management Associate to support our Fleet Manager by handling a variety of office and clerical tasks. Responsibilities
Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, vehicle logs, and maintenance schedules
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Dossier Trucking Software, and Excel to track fleet performance and other key metrics
Draft and edit documents, memos, and communications using Word
Learn and adapt to new trucking and fleet management software systems
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technology
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Prior experience in office administration or clerical work
Knowledge of Dossier Truck Software a plus
