Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams and develop understanding of the underlying product problems that the team is aiming to solve. Design and inform analysis and collaborate closely with cross-functional counterparts and product leads while designing analysis
Translate business problems into tractable investigative problems and execute analysis to drive change
Develop and improve inference and prediction algorithms in high-stakes
Perform data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for product improvement and measure the impact of initiatives to continuously refine our products
Help design and analyze experiments and consult with engineering teams on the analysis of A/B tests

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
3 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a PhD degree

Preferred

5 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a PhD degree
