Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field, with 3-4 years Hospital experience
5+ years Hospital experience, with experience in any combination of, data analysis and reporting, or hospital business experience.Proficiency in database and spreadsheet management required
Five years of experience in healthcare, with proven ability in process improvement and system implementation
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.program
Preferred
Master's degree preferred along with one or more relevant certifications, (e.g., CHCRS, CHFP, CRCR, CSAF, CSAPM, CSBI, CSPR, CSPPM, EHRC, FHFMA, Lean or Six Sigma). Within 6 months of Hire
Experience in integrated financial/clinical analysis and reporting expertise.With one or more HFMA Healthcare certification(s), (e.g., CHCRS, CHFP, CRCR, CSAF, CSAPM, CSBI, CSPR, CSPPM, EHRC, FHFMA.May allow incumbent to obtain within 6-9 months of employment
