Insight Global is seeking a Plant Integration Team Site Lead for one of our large energy companies. This role will ensure that new solar and battery storage facilities are fully ready to operate when construction is complete, bridging construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main representative throughout project design, construction, and commissioning
Conduct regular site visits, walkdowns, and quality checks with project teams
Verify equipment inspections, circuit checks, and turnover documentation
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on integration progress
Make sure team activities, training, and database/spare parts updates stay aligned with the project schedule
Manage the integration budget and identify any issues early

Field experience in constructionRead engineering drawingsSolarBattery storage experienceMajor projects experienceOutage management experiencePlant Integration Site Lead experience

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience
Field experience in construction, commissioning, or industrial/power environments
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, single lines, schematics)

Preferred

Experience with major projects, outage management, or construction activities
Solar or battery storage M&O experience
Prior Plant Integration Site Lead experience
