Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a client in the oil & gas industry. This role involves overseeing implementation projects and collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure timely execution of large companywide projects.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple cross-functional infrastructure projects end-to-end, tracking deliverables using MS Project & supplementing project documentation by creating Visio diagrams

Deliver projects on budget, forecasting project finances and communicating variances to sponsors and project stakeholders

Screen projects for risks, actions, issues, decisions, financial viability, and opportunities for sustainable improvement, coordinating with infrastructure vendors to mitigate delays and formulate solutions as needed

Conduct weekly reviews, obtaining updates from cross-functional teams on timeline, health of project indicators, accomplishments, and additional planned items

Qualification

PMP CertificationInfrastructure Project ManagementMS ProjectVisioTechnical Documentation

Required

PMP Certification & Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

5+ years of experience managing Infrastructure & Security Projects end-to-end

Experience managing implementation projects across multiple system integrators & cross-functional teams using MS Project

Experience creating diagrams & supporting technical documentation using Visio or similar tools

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in relevant field

Candidates with experience in utilities, energy, and/or oil & gas industries preferred!
