Responsibilities
Answering, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls
Greeting visitors and communicating their arrival to the appropriate entity
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Assisting applicants with completing pre-employment hiring processes
Carrying out various administrative tasks as requested by the executive team
Qualification
Required
Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
Must be upbeat, enthusiastic and passionate
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
