They are seeking an Internal Service Advisor who excels in customer service and will manage vehicle repairs and customer communications throughout the reconditioning process.

Responsibilities
Generate repair orders and guide vehicles through reconditioning – mechanical/appearance
Accurately present repair needs for approval
Monitor vehicle progress through departments
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Will work with Used Car Manager and techs to determine repairs
Will back up Service Advisors as needed
Qualification
Required
Expert in customer service
Ability to price and present repairs
Guide new/used vehicles through the make ready department
Generate repair orders
Monitor vehicle progress through departments
Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed
