Responsibilities
Review medical records and databases to identify potential candidates based on strict inclusion/exclusion criteria
Implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, phone) to attract participants
Act as the primary point of contact for potential participants, answering questions to ensure a positive, informed experience
Track recruitment metrics/KPIs, maintain accurate records in clinical trial management software, and document informed consent
Develop tailored recruitment plans, including patient-facing materials, to overcome enrollment barriers
Work with clinical operations, site investigators, personnel, and advocacy groups to optimize enrollment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with Life Sciences background
Experience with Site Interface and effective patient enrollment strategies
Good interpersonal skills
Understanding of study protocols and medical terminology
Experience with CRM software, databases, or digital advertising tools
