Responsibilities

Own end-to-end inventory control for raw materials, components, and finished goods in a manufacturing setting
Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess, obsolete, or slow-moving stock
Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to maintain high inventory accuracy
Maintain accurate, real-time inventory data within the ERP system, leveraging the inventory management module
Analyze inventory trends, usage, and turnover to support operational planning
Create and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and tracking tools—strong Excel skills are essential
Partner closely with procurement, operations, engineering, and project teams to forecast material needs
Coordinate inbound and outbound material flows to support production schedules and jobsite demands
Serve as the inventory subject-matter expert for system usage and best practices
Develop, document, and improve inventory management processes and controls
Identify efficiency gains, cost savings, and risk reduction opportunities across materials handling
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, forecasting, and material flow
Provide guidance and oversight to inventory or warehouse personnel as applicable
Promote safe, organized, and efficient inventory handling practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in inventory or materials management within a manufacturing or construction environment
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically inventory or materials management modules
Advanced to strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, operationally driven environments
Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-focused mindset
Up to 25% travel to additional sites
