Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow institutional relationships
Originate, structure, and close new opportunities across banking, credit, and advisory offerings
Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions and capital providers
Collaborate closely with credit, risk, treasury, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide market insights to inform leadership decisions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in institutional banking, capital markets, asset management, or related financial services
Proven track record of originating and managing senior level institutional relationships
Strong understanding of structured finance, credit products, and liquidity solutions
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with executive level stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
