Responsibilities
Manage the backend and administrative components of Asana, including automation rules, custom fields, project setup, intake forms, and task templates
Oversee Asana architecture and structure for Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and taxonomy
Conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain platform health and consistency across workspaces, including cleanup and automation validation
Support ad hoc requests from teams while ensuring that all platform changes adhere to overall governance and best practices
Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture, automation, and reporting
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and anticipate risks based on a deep understanding of platform structure and Marketing operational goals
Support build out of Asana AI automation features to improve efficiency and reporting
Qualification
Required
Asana Certified Pro
Hands-on Asana admin experience in a Marketing environment
Bachelor's degree
Asana admin/backend experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Asana's suite of features including rules, bundles, fields, forms, projects, portfolios, task & project templates, reporting charts & dashboards
Experience leveraging Asana to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions that maintain connectivity while enabling custom workflows by project
Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structure and execution models
Preferred
PMP or Agile certification
Additional certifications in project management or Asana administration
Asana AI experience
