Mid LevelINUIX LLC is seeking a UX Designer for the Copilot product to shape the user experience by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the Copilot product
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business objectives
Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs are inclusive and usable for all users
Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and apply this knowledge to enhance the Copilot product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in product design for software applications
Experience designing user experiences for Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Power Platformโbased solutions)
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design solutions
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as accessibility standards
Preferred
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) UX patterns is a strong plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus
