Growth Marketing Manager
CPGIO is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving lead generation and marketing operations excellence through integrated campaigns and digital advertising. This role requires expertise in HubSpot and sales enablement tools to optimize lead quality and improve sales conversion rates.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the HubSpot platform including CRM hygiene, user management, and system optimization
Build and maintain sophisticated marketing automation workflows, sequences, and nurture campaigns
Develop and refine lead scoring models based on demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data
Create and manage audience segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns and personalization
Build custom reports, dashboards, and attribution models to measure marketing performance
Maintain data integrity and implement processes for list management and contact hygiene
Integrate and manage data flows between HubSpot and sales enablement tools (Apollo, R2B2)
Leverage Apollo for prospecting data enrichment, contact discovery, and outbound sequence support
Utilize R2B2 intent data and buying signals to inform lead prioritization and scoring
Build segments and target lists using combined data from marketing and sales enablement platforms
Partner with sales to optimize lead handoff processes and MQL-to-SQL conversion
Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and velocity
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms
Develop and execute demand generation programs including webinars, events, and integrated campaigns
Optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels to maximize lead capture
Deliver marketing reports, campaign analytics, and ROI analysis on a regular cadence
Develop and manage content calendars for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, copywriting, and campaign development
Create marketing assets including decks, infographics, one-pagers, and sales collateral
Collaborate with sales to produce collateral for pitches, proposals, and enablement
Measure content engagement, performance, and contribution to pipeline
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including building sophisticated workflows, developing lead scoring models, and creating targeted audience segments
Strong technical fluency with marketing automation
Analytical rigor to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content production and campaign efficiency
Experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Preferred
Advanced HubSpot expertise including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting (HubSpot certification preferred)
Hands-on experience with sales enablement platforms, specifically Apollo and/or R2B2
Proven ability to build lead scoring models and audience segmentation strategies that improve conversion
Experience integrating data across marketing automation and sales enablement tools
Strong track record running paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Strong analytical judgment with the ability to use data to prioritize work and guide decisions
Clear, structured verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency
Comfort working in cross-functional environments and influencing without direct authority
Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate risks and address issues
Growth mindset with a desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
MBA is a plus
Demonstrated experience managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
