Responsibilities
Understanding the Bank's overall plan and objectives while formulating and executing change management of its Compliance Management Systems and strategies
Oversee compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Manage the internal monitoring and complaint programs
Direct the compliance training program detailed within the Compliance Management Systems
Lead the management Compliance Committee
Direct the overall effort to remain in conformance with all federal, state, and local compliance statutes and regulations
Serve as liaison with regulators and auditors on compliance-related exams and audits
Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of internal controls related to compliance programs
Qualification
Required
Understanding of the Bank's overall plan and objectives
Experience in formulating and executing change management of Compliance Management Systems and strategies
Ability to oversee compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Experience with internal monitoring and complaint programs
Experience with compliance training programs
Ability to lead the management Compliance Committee
