The Systems Engineer – O365 & Windows is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our Office 365 and Windows server environments for our approximately 1000 users
The use of Office 365 is extensive, including email, phone, web, audio, and videoconferencing, as well as collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams
There are also some Windows Servers within Azure or local
Qualification
Required
Office 365 and all its applications and uses
PowerShell, PKI, SSO and Server patching
Administering an Office 365 environment of 100+ users
Active Directory and Group Policy, Encryption, DNS and PKI
User access to Office 365 or other Windows based tools
Microsoft Azure
Network topology, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for end-user support
