Responsibilities
Assume full ownership of the existing Phase II backlog (not started, in progress, and stalled items)
Re-assess and categorize all backlog items into: Must Complete, Defer, Eliminate
Drive Priority 1 and Priority 2 items to resolution, including: Executive and operational reporting, Sales order and transaction processing gaps, Usability, control, and workflow issues impacting daily operations
Serve as the functional authority for Order-to-Cash and reporting
Translate business requirements into clear NetSuite configuration decisions
Perform hands-on NetSuite configuration where appropriate; engage development resources selectively
Lead working sessions, resolve open decisions, and enforce strict scope discipline
Provide clear, fact-based status reporting and proactively escalate risks
Prevent Phase II efforts from expanding into uncontrolled enhancement work
Ensure clean knowledge transfer and documentation prior to transition
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience
Proven leadership of post-go-live Phase II, hypercare, or recovery initiatives
Strong experience supporting manufacturing operations and reporting
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience stabilizing or rescuing complex NetSuite implementations
Strong executive-level communication and issue-triage capability
Background working in fast-paced or resource-constrained environments
